Actually needing little introduction on the local scene, these four power house rockers have been making quite a name for themselves nation wide!
Celebrating their first anniversary together as a band, ♪♪♪ 7 Mile Stare ♪♪♪ have accomplished so much in such a short time!
We their friends, supporters and fans, affectionately known to the band as...
 ♪♪♪ The 7 Mile Army ♪♪♪ are all so very proud of them!

These four friends came together as a band in February 2010, and after only 2 months together as a complete band ♪♪♪ 7 Mile Stare ♪♪♪ was enlisted by producer Dennis Field of Denmark Productions to be a part of  the Halifax Plugged In 9 compilation album. The album was released in May 2010 and featured the band's songs "Upside Down" and "Overated", which received radio play across the country! ♪♪♪

In August 2010 this phenomenal indie band released their debut album "Organized Chaos",which received great reviews from coast to coast, was number 1 on Reverbnation from August to October of 2010 and number 58 nationally!

After being labeled as" The New Sound of The East Coast", ♪♪♪ 7 Mile Stare ♪♪♪, has been gaining recognition by leaps and bounds! In October 2010,the boys opened for the Metallica Tribute band Sandman, have been featured in  local magazines several times, and have had many live interviews on several radio stations,and competed in numerous competitions, the most recent...Band Wars 2011.
After a 12 hour battle of HRM's finest bands, ♪♪♪ 7 Mile Stare ♪♪♪, rose victorious as the 1st Place winners of the competition!

♪♪♪ 7 Mile Stare ♪♪♪ ....Chris, Rick, Darren and Mike, have been so busy in this past year, I couldn't possibly inform you of everything the guys have been up to, but there is some very exciting news I must pass on......♪♪♪ 7 Mile Stare ♪♪♪ have been selected to play the Discovery Stage at the ECMAs this year!
